1 - Login to Giftpro
Login to the Giftpro admin area.
Once you’re logged in, click ‘Redeem item’ in the menu.
2 - Type in the gift voucher code
Enter the unique code shown on the voucher that you want to redeem into the search box, and click ‘Find Voucher’.
3 - Check the validity status
On the voucher redemption screen, check the validity status of the voucher and click ‘Redeem’. You can also view further information about the voucher on the right-hand side.
4 - Redeem the gift voucher
Once you have marked your voucher redeemed, the status will update accordingly.
